14 classes $ 210 - 280 sliding scale
We will focus as a performance troupe. Class may be planned by group after series, date TBD.
Whole series is for people with movement/theater performance experience.

4 classes October 11- November 1 $100
First four classes will focus on inner explorations and improvisation. Open to participants with some experience in somatic practices, movement, and/or theater experience.

Private Sessions and Private Groups with Julie Oak
Julie works with individuals or groups, using movement explorations and embodied expression for personal transformation and growth. Focus can range from deep process work to fun explorative expression and play. She tailors her facilitation to the needs of each individual or group. Julie draws on extensive experience with body-based therapies, Gestalt, and Authentic Movement, and Continuum. She is the originator of RealPlay.
Performance Coach
Julie also coaches individuals or groups in improvisation for performance or developing original performance pieces. She specializes in coaching movement theater improvisation, dance with text, embodied auto-biographical stories, or bringing more effective movement into your theatrical production. She is an active mentor and skilled director, and works with performing artists of all skill levels.
Julie Oak has been inspiring people, including herself, to move, play, and create for three delight-filled decades. She is originator of RealPlay Improv & Transformative Expression, leading classes, groups and individuals. Julie draws from Movement Theater, Mime, Action Theater, Clowning, Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement and Gestalt Therapy.
